Back From The Great Midwest
I had a great time in Minnesota over the weekend. This was my first time visiting as an Alumni Council member for my alma mater Carleton College. I get to venture back twice a year! Once in the beautiful spring and once in the beautiful fall. Pretty much the best two times to be in Northfield, Minnesota. Along the way we got to meet up with Mary's family and also a couple Minnesota-based clients. So really, pretty great! A short trip to Carleton
I had a great time on our epic tour of the Midwest (4 states, 12 nights) but it feels great to be home. One surprise bonus right at the end was a day trip to Carleton. Our actual route might vary if we skip the Interstate and head into rural Wisconsin. It’s a prettier route, and actually about the same travel time since it’s more direct. Madeline Island here we come!
