Saturday I had my commencement ceremony from the American Leadership Forum, a group I've been involved with for the last year. After that, we went out to the Lake to help my parents clear some brush and get the cabin ready for the summer.

Of course, eventually the rain hit. We escaped it on Sunday and saw Bridesmaids (a pretty funny movie with only a few missteps) and then got some work done around the house after that.

I'm glad it's not raining now and I am soooo glad for the extended forecast, which is showing sun!

We're also leaving part way through next week for a couple days in St. Louis with Mary's family, and that's looking warm too.

I could really go for a little sun.
