A successful first attempt. Turns out this was really fun and easy with the pasta rolling machine. While I made the noodles, Mary made a great oregano sauce.
I think I’ll try more egg in the dough next time. And getting a pasta rack might be better than drying it over the back of a chair. But this was really good!
