Hello, Sun!

Yesterday was worse that just rainy, we had a couple full-on squalls and downpours. Mary and I drove up to La Jolla during one of the breaks and looked around at the beaches and incredible houses.

We also drove to Balboa Park and the Zoo, but the rain and at that time was pretty hard to take so we didn’t get out and explore. We spent most of yesterday afternoon going in and out of shops and restaurants in the gaslamp district.

Today … who knows!? We’re only here through the mid-afternoon. We’ll see what we can find to do in the sunny weather.
