Anyway. Co-owning a business with a spouse is actually pretty fun, but my suggestion to anyone considering it is to make sure your roles are well-defined. Between us, Mary is CEO, Creative Director, and Sales. I'm Project Manager, Web Developer, Bookkeeper, and also Marketing.

This is a division of labor that works really well for us and allows us to each keep the other person on their toes and on task. It's a good system. And now back to the grindstone before bed.
